Before you travel

• This service is shared with other passengers and may stop at several hotels.
• There are no stops at private houses or private accommodation. Select the nearest available hotel and make your own way to that meeting point.
• Children aged 0 to 1.99 years travel free. Enter their name and age in Remarks.
• The Havana hotel service does not include Mariposa, Villa Panamericana or hotels in Playas del Este. Those locations require their own route or a private transfer.
• Some hotels in Old Havana cannot be reached by bus. A nearby pick-up or drop-off point will be arranged, with guidance from the representative. Follow the instructions on your voucher.
