Airport fee: All reservations confirmed at international airports will be charged with a supplement of 20.00 USD.

As of October 1^st, 2022, it is mandatory to correctly enter the driver's passport number. Special attention should be paid to this condition since it will be the passport number that will validate the client's identification at the rental office. If it is omitted or consigned incorrectly, the reservation would be canceled without responsibility for our agency.

Fuel:
Only the leaseholder is authorized to purchase fuel at service stations. Additional drivers are not permitted to do so.

Steps to book a car:

1. First select pick-up and drop-off dates and time. If drop-off time exceeds pick-up time, one more day will be charged.
2. Select pick-up location (you will see only the available pick up locations for the selected dates)
3. Fill in the driver's data and press “Add to cart”.
4. You may proceed to check out or continue shopping.

Only one car can be rented for the same period of time, even if they are with different agencies. The agency is not responsible if the client arrives with multiple reservations. The first vehicle will be delivered, and there is no obligation to compensate the client.
