Exclusions include negligence, alcohol, drugs, unlawful use and certain accessories, including tyres, wheels and audio equipment. For total theft, keep the vehicle key. Return to an office other than the agreed one: 50% above the drop-off fee. Interprovincial drop-off fees may apply; return at José Martí from another Havana office: USD 25. Lost or damaged documents: USD 50; keys and damage: according to the damage price list. Unauthorised drivers and other breaches may result in forfeiture of payments, withdrawal of the vehicle and damage charges.
