Arrival: Havana Airport → Havana hotel
Shared transfer from José Martí International Airport (HAV), Terminal 3, to the selected hotel. The bus waits up to 2 hours for passengers to leave the terminal. Meet the representative at the arrivals exit.
Havana city tour
Choose Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday during your stay in Havana. Hotel pickup starts at 09:00 in Playa, 09:15 in Vedado and 09:30 in Old Havana. These are the start times of staggered hotel pickups; check the exact time on your voucher.
Walking tour of Old Havana, its squares and historic buildings; passing visit to La Bodeguita del Medio; panoramic views of the University of Havana and a photo stop at Plaza de la Revolución. Return to the hotel.
Lunch is not included.
Havana hotel → Varadero hotel
Shared transfer on the date you choose. Hotel pickups start at 09:00; the exact pickup time is confirmed on your voucher.
Return from Varadero
Choose one final shared transfer: to Havana Airport, with pickup 6 hours before flight departure, or to a Havana hotel, with hotel pickups starting at 15:00. This is one alternative journey; both are not included.
How to book
Enter the lead passenger’s name, arrival flight number, date and time, your hotel and the chosen city tour date. Add the details of your departure flight.
For Varadero, also select the transfer date and hotel. For the final journey, enter the departure flight details or the return date and Havana hotel.
Use Quantity for the total number of passengers. Include children’s names and ages in Remarks. Choose excursion dates that fit your stay before leaving Havana.
Before you travel
Hotel accommodation is not included. Transfers do not stop at private homes; choose the nearest available hotel and make your own way there. Excursion pickup is not available at Hotel Mariposa, Villa Panamericana or hotels in Playas del Este.
Children under 2 travel free on the included transfers and city tour; indicate them in Remarks.
