• Pick-up: Meet our representative at the arrivals exit. If you cannot find them, ask at the Cubatur office before leaving the airport.
• Schedule: Coordinated with the arrival of your flight.
• Destination: Hotels in Playas del Este and Jibacoa.

How to book

Enter each passenger’s name, the pick-up date, hotel, flight number, scheduled flight time and email address. Check that the flight and date are correct.

Book at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute requests, contact us to check availability.

On the day of travel

Have your luggage and confirmation voucher ready. Follow the meeting-point instructions on your voucher. If your flight or travel details change, contact the numbers shown on the voucher.

Before you travel

• This service is shared with other passengers and may stop at several hotels.
• There are no stops at private houses or private accommodation. Select the nearest available hotel and make your own way to that meeting point.
• Children aged 0 to 1.99 years travel free. Enter their name and age in Remarks.
• The bus waits up to 2 hours after the flight arrives for passengers to leave the terminal. Go to the meeting point as soon as you exit.
