Transfer from Havana airport to Havana hotels

How to book

Enter each passenger’s name, arrival date, flight number, scheduled arrival time and destination hotel. Check your flight details carefully so the transfer can be coordinated if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

On arrival

Present your printed confirmation voucher to the representative, who will direct you to your vehicle. If you cannot find the representative, go to the Cubatur office at the airport with your voucher. For assistance, use the contact numbers on your voucher.

Before you travel

• This is a shared service; you may travel with other passengers from your flight who share the destination.
• Drop-off is available at the hotels listed in the booking form. There are no stops at private houses or private accommodation. If you are staying in a private house, select the nearest listed hotel and make your own way from there.
• Children under 2 travel free. Enter their name and age in Remarks.
• Availability depends on your flight. If your flight cannot be served by a shared transfer, we will contact you with a private-transfer alternative or a refund option.

Return transfer

The return journey is booked separately: Shared transfer from Havana hotels to Havana airport.
