Il recente rinnovato (2010) Sercotel Paseo Habana Hotel si trova in una tranquilla strada residenziale nella verdeggiante Vedado. Non é un alloggio evidente per la media del  turista internazionale, ma in realtà la posizione piuttosto atipica potrebbe renderlo un posto divertente da cui scoprire L'Avana.
