How to book
Enter each passenger’s name, the pick-up date, hotel, flight number, scheduled flight time and email address. Check that the flight and date are correct.
Book at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute requests, contact us to check availability.
For flights after midnight, check the pick-up date carefully: your transfer may start on the previous day.
On the day of travel
Have your luggage and confirmation voucher ready. Follow the meeting-point instructions on your voucher. If your flight or travel details change, contact the numbers shown on the voucher.
Before you travel
- This service is shared with other passengers and may stop at several hotels.
- There are no stops at private houses or private accommodation. Select the nearest available hotel and make your own way to that meeting point.
- Children aged 0 to 1.99 years travel free. Enter their name and age in Remarks.
- The Havana hotel service does not include Mariposa, Villa Panamericana or hotels in Playas del Este. Those locations require their own route or a private transfer.
- Some hotels in Old Havana cannot be reached by bus. A nearby pick-up or drop-off point will be arranged, with guidance from the representative. Follow the instructions on your voucher.
